What attracted you to us?

In really liked the ethos of a family run business with an established career development programme. I felt they would look after my career progression to allow me to meet my ambitions to become a director.

First position

I started as a Trainee Estimator, and have never looked back!

Tell us more about your career with us

After starting as a trainee, I progressed through the various levels of estimating to principal estimator. Following this I moved onto preconstruction management, learning new things all the time, before being promoted to procurement director.

What do you like about our culture

It is a family run business with a genuine desire to minimise impact on the local and global environment. Staff wellbeing, development and training are top of the agenda across the group, they really seem to care about you individually, which is why I felt there had literally been no better place to work.
