Jordan Wilding

Assistant Building Manager

Jordan started working in construction at a young age, working with his father learning skills including bricklaying, carpentry and roofing. He then opted to further his career by moving to London to undertake a university course in construction management.

Once this was complete Jordan secured a place on the Willmott Dixon management trainee programme. During his final year of the trainee programme he was given the chance to run the prestigious Trainee Challenge for the Interiors division, where they worked with a local London community focusing on reducing youth crime. This involved creating an employability training programme for a group of young NEETS and refurbishing a youth club that is aiming to reopen its doors after 5 years of closure.

Jordan is now a Trustee for Grove Park Youth Club Building Preservation Trust.

After a successful 2 years on the management trainee programme, he is now an assistant building manager.
