Willmott Dixon has been appointed by Paradigm Housing Association to build over 100 new homes in Luton, Bedfordshire.
The £10.3 million scheme adjacent to the M1 motorway will provide a total of 101 new apartments available for affordable and intermediate rent. The architects are Stanley Bragg and the three block design will consist of 37, 44 and 20 apartments which Willmott Dixon will complete by March 2012.
Tim Carpenter, managing director for Willmott Dixon’s housing business says: “We are delighted to be working with Paradigm Housing Association and Stanley Bragg to create much needed homes with quality design and construction.”
