Fortem Solutions have ambitious growth plans resulting in a new role being created for a Senior Operations Manager to oversee projects in our Northern Projects division. This senior level, permanent role will ideally be based in the Tyne and Wear area. The Operations Manager will successfully manage project teams and works partners, to deliver compliant capital & retrofit works to the required quality standards, specification, budget and within agreed timescales. Ideally, the Senior Operations Manager will have demonstrable experience in a similar role undertaking Capital Works and Retrofit social housing refurbishment projects. It is envisaged that the candidate will ideally reside within the North East of England.
