Chris is chairman of Fortem and Willmott Dixon Interiors.
Fortem is our repairs and maintenance company that is responsible for the upkeep of several thousand homes across the UK on behalf of local authority and housing association landlords. Chris also sits on the main board at Willmott Dixon Holdings.
Willmott Dixon Interiors deliver major fit-out and modernisation work in buildings across the UK, from grade 2 heritage property to offices and hospitals, the improve the space for people to work successfully.
Prior to joining Fortem, Chris was managing director of our construction team serving customers in North London and the Northern Homes Counties.
He started at Willmott Dixon in 1982 as a trainee and had a number of operational roles before being appointed managing director for the North London and Eastern counties region in 2009. While there, he oversaw significant growth in turnover and profit as the region grew its workload in both the public and private sectors, delivering accommodation for residential, leisure, office, emergency services and education use.
Chris is also a keen sportsman and has used his sporting prowess to raise thousands for charity over many years, including Action Medical Research (above).
