Our programme is 2 to 3 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.

Starting in September 2027, we have opportunities in the following disciplines:
Site Management: You play a vital role in turning plans into reality, leading the safe and efficient delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
Building Services Manager (Mechanical & Electrical): you will develop and assist with the mechanical and electrical strategy and delivery of services during preconstruction and delivery phases of the project. Providing leadership to the supply chain to drive high-quality technical solutions that meet budgets and timescales.
Quantity Surveying: Your role is about managing the costs of a project on site. This will include preparing tender and contract documents, weighing up commercial risks, procuring the best supply chain and managing payments for completed work.
Planning: You play a key role in bringing construction projects to life, creating detailed schedules and coordinating activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within programme.
Environmental: Drive environmental performance across projects by reducing risk, identifying opportunities, and promoting sustainable practices. Monitor compliance with legal and company standards and provide clear performance feedback.
Essential Criteria
- Right to work in the UK.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- You will need to be degree qualified by September 2027.
- (Building Services) Degree equivalent in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - (Desirable) You have had some exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar).
