Our specialists work on a quick turnaround; like other Travelodge projects, the scope at Docklands was to replace tired decor with a complete refurbishment of bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. We also delivered a more detailed major refit of thee reception and bar café area to give an enhanced experienced that reflects the brand's aspirations.
Following our experiencing on other roll-out programmes, we deploy a well-organised system for delivering work with minimum disruption in a fast-track time scale.
East London is a great location for Travelodge, attracting thousands of people for business, vacation and to study at the nearby university. This made the business case for refreshing its Docklands Hotel even more vital.
Given that it was already a busy hotel, the emphasis was on providing programme certainty and a high rate of room handover. Our team responded, delivering 20 newly refreshed rooms every five days!
Like all Interiors roll-out work, it was delivered to programme and budget while surpassing quality and customer experience.
