Our 2018 achievements

  • We enhanced the life chances of 1,414 young people, taking us 89% of the way towards our 2020 of 10,000

  • The value of our community investment through the Willmott Dixon Foundation was £1.4m - equivalent to around £644 for every one of our people

  • 81% of our people took part in community activities

  • Our people donated over 34,000 hours delivering these activities

  • Almost 99,000 lives touched by the community activities we delivered

  • Our people raised £157k for good causes

  • We came 4th in the Sunday Times Best 100 Companies to work for list and won the ‘Discovering Potential’ award

  • In 2018 we were one of only six companies to receive the Queen’s Award for Enterprise (Promoting Opportunity)

  • 73% of our construction business’ customers rated us a 9 or 10 out of 10 for our delivery of social/community criteria

  • 73% of 2018 work was through frameworks and 67% was repeat business

  • Payments to our supply chain partners were paid within an average of 32 days from valuation – the second best payment time in the industry
