Willmott Dixon Interiors is currently looking to recruit a Design Manager to join the team based in Farringdon and our projects in London. Candidates should ideally be able to provide leadership and management of design process and allocated resources. Candidate should be contractually astute and be experienced in executing deeds of appointment.

The main role of a Design Manager at Willmott Dixon is to manage the design process, promote integration of disciplines and select, manage and appoint consultants to ensure that they perform in line with their deed and agreed scope of services.

You will therefore be able to overview, monitor and report on design programmes, and also provide technical support to the bid process. In addition you will be developing designs that utilise innovative techniques on multiple/complex projects.

Technical Services Manager

Willmott Dixon is currently looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to join projects based in the London area. Candidates should ideally be able to effectively ensure the mechanical and electrical services are delivered to agreed plans, timescales and costs, whilst maintaining the highest quality standards. The main aspects of a Technical Services Manager at Willmott Dixon are to:

• Provide guidance and instruction to the site management team • Review the design/installation drawings/packages for build ability and presentation standards • Conduct site reviews and inspections for quality, access & maintenance • Maintain a good working relationship with M&E subcontractors • Ensure that any specification anomalies are resolved and agreed with consultants/customers/Willmott Dixon

Quantity Surveyor (Roll outs)

City of London

We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to commercially deliver fast track interior works. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in frameworks, particularly fast track roll outs or refresh works on hotels, retail, gyms, public houses or similar. As this position will involve working nationally it will best suit someone that is happy staying away from home on a regular basis (1 or 2 days a week) with an office base in Farringdon, London for the rest of the time.
