Water

We set water targets for each construction project via our 10 Point Plan. In 2018 we focussed on getting our water data to an auditable standard, and now, for the first time, our water data has assured by Bureau Veritas.

2018 is now our baseline year for further reductions, going forward.

During the construction of the University of Warwick’s Sports hub, we tested the swimming pool by filling it with 1.3 million litres of rainwater from the underground attenuation tank, avoiding the use of potable water, as well as driving down costs.
