Willmott Dixon Interiors carried out the refurbishment and fit-out of 85 Gresham Street in the City of London to Category A standard.

85 Gresham Street is a 58,000 sq ft, six-storey building constructed in the 1980s, in the Guildhall Conservation Area of the City of London. It compromises a basement, raised ground floor and a further five floors of offices.

Willmott Dixon was invited to fit out the building ahead of bringing it back to market to let as in a key city location near Bank.

We assumed full design and build responsibility from RIBA Stage E.

Works included refurbishment of mechanical and electrical systems, lift, reception and toilets.
