Working with leading architects, we are able to deliver visually appealing structures, maximising parking space and providing efficient designs for traffic flow and pedestrian saftey. Though our innovative approach to offsite manufacture and modern methods of construction, we are able to reduce project timeframes and minimise disruption in public environments by working on several components at any one time.

Future ready sustainability

We are at the forefront of sustainable building technologies, creating cark parking structures that reduce carbon and enable the uptake of electric vehicles.

Solutions we can deliver include the installation of electric car charging solutions and provisions for further expansion, fully automated parking facilities and integrated management systems.

A range of sustainability technologies can also be embedded into the project scope, including the provision of photovoltaic (PV) panels, rainwater harvesting and green walls to support biodiversity.

Leaving a biodiversity net gain

Due for completion in 2022, our team delivering the 654 space seven storey car park at Dorset County Hospital are leaving an environmental legacy through the project. Once delivered, the project aims to leave the natural environment in a measurably better state than beforehand, through incorporating a biodiversity net gain of at least 10%.
