We are a patron member of the Passivhaus Trust, and one of the most experienced UK constructors in this leading international low energy, design standard. We are using this experience to inform our work on all our projects, so we can help secure lower energy bills for users of our buildings.
We have two unique firsts for Passivhaus:
- Built the UK’s largest non-residential Passivhaus scheme, the Centre for Medicine for the University of Leicester
- Now building first secondary school to be Passivhaus, for London Borough of Sutton
University of Leicester's project manager Dave Vernan (left) and Willmott Dixon's James Elliment hold the certificate issued by the Passivhaus Institute in Germany. We completed the UK's largest non-residential Passivhaus building for the University in 2015.
