Nick Gibb

Nick Gibb is the deputy managing director for the Midlands at national contractor Willmott Dixon.

Having started his journey at Willmott Dixon as a senior estimator more than 28 years ago, Nick has risen through the ranks taking on positions including design manager, preconstruction manager and preconstruction director.

Nick’s current responsibilities include helping customers secure land for developments, leading preconstruction, and establishing new business streams. Well respected by his peers for his tenacity for problem solving, unlocking challenging projects such as the Perry Barr Residential Scheme in Birmingham and Broadmarsh in Nottingham are among his career highlights. Ultimately, Nick and his team continue to work across the Midlands supporting customers and their communities through local delivery with national support.

Passionate about the use of new technology in the built environment, Nick has helped many customers follow innovative routes to completion and been integral in the recent formation of Collida – an integrated built environment platform changing how the industry designs, procures, and delivers community buildings.
