Answers to some frequently asked questions

Here are some common enquiries that might help you.

  • I’ve been off sick, what do I need to do?

    Please make sure you call your manager to let them know you’re not well enough to come to work as soon as possible, and no later than 30 minutes after your usual start time. When you are back at work, please complete our self-certification form (for absences of seven calendars days or less) and send it to your PSC team. If you are off for more than seven calendar days you will need a fit note from you doctor. Please send a copy of this to your PSC team who will update your records.

  • How do I book, cancel, amend or check my annual or birthday leave?

    Annual leave is managed via your MyView account, which allows you to book, amend and cancel your leave in a few simple steps – we have put some guidance together on how to do this, which you can access here.

    You are also able to view your entitlement/balance of holiday via your MyView account and we have a handy guide that shows you how – click here to access it.

  • I have a car related query

  • How do I find out what training is available to me or book learning?

    All our training can be located on the WD University, which can be accessed here. Alternatively, you can email the Learning team on university@willmottdixon.co.uk

  • I have a query about my pay or need to access my payslips, P11d, P60 or P45

    All your payslips and other pay related documents are available on your MyView account, which you can access here.

  • How do I claim expenses?

    Expenses should be claimed via the Expenses system, which is available from the link on the home page of the Hub or by clicking here.

    Any questions relating to your expenses should be directed to the Finance Manager for your LCO or area of the business.

  • How can I find out about the benefits available to me or how to access them?

    All details of the benefits available to you, and guidance on how to access each of them, can be found on the Hub here.

  • I have a question about my pension

    Further details of our pension schemes, and the forms you need should you want to change the scheme you are in or amend your contribution levels, can be found here.

  • My bank details have changed, who do I need to advise?

    You can simply update your MyView account with your new bank details, using the following steps:

    1. Log into your MyView account
    2. Go to My Details on the left-hand side of the page
    3. Click on Bank Account
    4. Enter your new bank account details over the old ones.
    5. Click Submit.
  • I have moved house, who do I let know my new address?

    The quickest and easiest way to let us know that you have moved house is to update your address details via your MyView account – this can be done via the following steps:

    1. Log into your MyView account
    2. Go to My Details on the left-hand side of the page.
    3. Click on Contact Details.
    4. Enter your new address over the old one.
    5. Click Submit.
  • I need to request an eyecare voucher, how do I do this?

    Please use this link to request an eyecare voucher. This voucher is for Specsavers and covers an eye test, £20 off glasses and £49 towards glasses if required for VDU use.

  • What is my employee number?

    You can find your employee number via your MyView account, following these steps:

    1. Click on the person icon, circled in blue in the image below
    2. The click ‘view my details’
    3. This will load a new screen showing your name and Employee ID.

  • I would like to discuss the service provided by the PSC, who can I talk to?
