Kents Hill Secondary School Campus
Creating modern educational facilities in Milton Keynes
Our team are building a new 6-form entry Secondary and SEN School for 650 pupils in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes. The school is part of a £27 million campus that also includes a 2-form primary school and 26 place nursery next door.
The school will provide new modern facilities for pupils with an energy efficient design and provide extensive outside soft landscaping together with playing fields, 4G Sports Pitch, hard ball court and cycle shelters and canopies.
The project is being delivered through the Scape Major Works Framework which ensures efficiency of cost, quality and investment in the local economy and communities.
Peter Owen, managing director or Willmott Dixon in the Midlands:
“We are really pleased to be building the Kents Hill Park Schools, providing much needed school places in Milton Keynes and new modern facilities for pupils. The projects follow on from previous schools we have created for Milton Keynes and we are delighted to continue our work leaving a positive legacy in for the local communities and economy.”
The project is now complete. This project follows on from the completion of Whitehouse Primary School in 2016, Newton Leys Primary School and Nursery and Fairfield Primary School, helping Milton Keynes Council achieve 10,000 new school places and more recently, Kents Hill Primary School.
