nhow Hotel, London

Building on our track-record for hotel conversions, our fit-out specialists delivered the stunning interior of the UK’s first nhow hotel.

This has created 190 vibrant bedrooms, a restaurant based on a reinvention of the British pub, bar, gym and three meeting rooms called Laboratories; all within the new Foster + Partners designed mixed-use development called 250 City Road on the edge of Shoreditch.

Our nhow hotel project delivered on the brand’s aim to provide a unique experience that sees the hotel positioned as a destination and hotspot for visitors to London. Developed by NH Hotel Group, with existing hotels in Milan, Berlin and Rotterdam, nhow’s introduction in the UK further underlines London’s global appeal for hotel brands, investors and developers.

Bold and memorable

The design concept for the interior was developed by Project Orange creating a space where tradition and innovation collide, and old London is reloaded!

Throughout the hotel, bold and fresh design takes inspiration from traditional British icons, such as the Royal Family, London landmarks and the underground. All have an unconventional and contemporary take, with stand-out features including a Big Ben rocket sculpture in the lobby, tables featuring cockney rhyming slang and oversized gold bell lights, a reminder of the city's famous church bells.
