We achieved Platinum recognition in the 5% Club’s 2024 – 2025 audit, recognising our investment in our people’s upskilling through apprenticeships, degree programmes, NVQs, HNDs and graduate schemes.

Platinum is awarded to companies who have achieved a Gold award in three consecutive years and have over 10% of their workforce involved in hands-on ‘earn and learn’ schemes.

It underlines our approach to using a multitude of ways to upskill our people to help them grow, develop and achieve success in their careers.
