Company awarded prestigious ‘Partnership and Innovation’ award at virtual ceremony
Willmott Dixon have been commended for making a significant contribution to the continued success of Southern Construction Framework (SCF), through winning the ‘Partnership and Innovation’ award at the SCF Annual Awards.
Held via a socially distanced digital ceremony on Tuesday 9 June, the awards recognise outstanding business practice and customer service from SCF framework partners. The Partnership and Innovation award presented to Willmott Dixon acknowledges the highest levels of service and the desire to strive for constant improvement and positive engagement.
Guy Dawes, SCF framework manager at Willmott Dixon said “we are delighted to receive this award and are pleased our customer centric collaborative approach has been recognised. Engagement and innovation are two areas we hold key in our relationships, this has been recognised by our customers through achieving an overall 9/10 client satisfaction score for collaborative engagement across all our SCF projects.”
Keith Heard, framework lead at SCF said “we are delighted to award this prestigious honour to Willmott Dixon, recognising outstanding achievement. As a frontrunner since the framework’s inception, we are pleased to see Willmott Dixon delivering the highest levels of customer collaboration as they deliver critical building projects”.
The Partnership and Innovation award is Willmott Dixon’s third successive award from the SCF.
The SCF is available to all public sector organisations in London, the South East and the South West, providing a competitive, OJEU compliant route for construction procurement. Since April 2019, Willmott Dixon have been awarded seven projects through the SCF totalling £164m, and this includes most recently receiving the green light to start work on a £33M SEND school in north Wiltshire.
