High-rise waterfront development of 206 homes in 11-storey blocks in Greenwich Millennium Village
This project involved the design and construction of 206 homes (117 private, 27 shared ownership and 62 affordable rent) in residential blocks, as well as an energy centre, a new private highway, drainage and landscaping.
The homes are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
The form of construction is concrete frame up to 11 storeys with balconies, winter gardens and terraces, and a varied cladding palette.
