Our Group HR and diversity manager Sally Cleaver draw national praise after being named Construction News' ‘HR Star of the Year’ for her work promoting diversity and opportunity in our business, including rolling out supply chain workshops, launching the Welcome Back returners programme and championing agile working.
Judges said Sally has opened up opportunities to many through an impressive array of Diversity and inclusion, returner and wellbeing programmes. Judges described the winner as truly inspirational and transformational.
The CN Talent Awards was held at the Park Plaza in London to celebrate people and companies striving to make construction a more inclusive industry, as well the businesses doing outstanding work to improve the construction industry’s reputation and employment practices.
