The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documents, ensuring that information is accurately recorded, securely stored, and easily accessible to the project team. The role requires close collaboration with Design Managers, consultants, supply chain partners, and other stakeholders to maintain effective communication and document control throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes and procedures for each project.

  • Track and monitor the status of documents and provide regular reports on document status and distribution.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and project-specific requirements for document management.

  • Facilitate effective communication and information sharing across all levels of the project team.

  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless document exchange and adherence to project timelines.

  • Regularly review and audit document control processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with best practices.

  • Ensure all users are adequately trained in the use of document management systems.
