The Role

Willmott Dixon’s Knowledge Service supports our work-winning teams by collecting, collating and sharing information on our business – our achievements, our approach, and the brilliant buildings we deliver. By providing our people with the evidence they need to create engaging collateral and winning bids, we play a pivotal role in Willmott Dixon’s continued growth. Now we’re recruiting for a Knowledge Coordinator to join our team of technical experts and content creators.

The Knowledge Coordinator’s role will be to maintain our online Knowledge Hub platform and help us keep it up to date with the latest, customer-focussed information.

This position, which will report to the Knowledge Manager, is a full-time, hybrid position working 3 days in our London office and 2 days from home.

The position would suit someone who:

  • Is organised and detail-oriented (maybe even a little pedantic!)

  • Enjoys research

  • Is comfortable reading and assimilating large amounts of written information

  • Is logical and unfazed by data

  • Can use online systems

  • Is naturally curious and enjoys learning

The Project

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the cyclical Knowledge Hub update process to make sure it happens according to the pre-defined programme.

  • Updating the Knowledge Hub with key information in-between formal reviews. This includes helping to identify new information for inclusion, keeping annual data, testimonials and SQ sections up to date (and others, to be agreed, as the service evolves).

  • Supporting the Knowledge Team in providing a valued and responsive service to the business.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential

  • Able to use Microsoft suite of office programmes including Sharepoint Excel, Word and Outlook
