Part Time Regional Marketing Manager

As a result we are looking for a part-time Regional Marketing Manager to join our Southern regional team based in Weybridge, Surrey.   This role would suit someone seeking to work 3 days per week and is pivotal in shaping and executing our regional marketing strategy in alignment with our national vision.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver regional responses to the national marketing strategy.

  • Align and collaborate with the national marketing team.

  • Partner with the Business Development lead to plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and priorities.

  • Support the regional business development team by providing regional data and insights, collaborating with the national lead to utilise local data.

  • Manage regional external events and opportunities such as speaker engagements, roundtables, showcase events, site tours, sponsorships, and associated materials.

  • Champion the use of D365 to activate and track local marketing activities.

  • Oversee the regional annual awards schedule, coordinating with customers and partners.

  • Handle external PR, including photography and social media for regional construction projects.

  • Promote the business regionally by showcasing achievements, award wins, charitable donations, etc.

  • Liaise with the wider business for cohesive communication.

  • Create content including press releases, website case studies, blogs, and social media posts.

  • Develop new business collateral as needed, including exhibition materials, branded items, and stands.

  • Collaborate with the Willmott Dixon communications team to ensure message consistency and efficiency.

  • Manage the regional marketing budget.

  • Enhance customer relationships by demonstrating added value to the regional market place.

Essential and Desirable Criteria


  • Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role, preferably in the construction or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of regional marketing strategies and the ability to align with national objectives.

  • A self-starter with the ability to engage at different levels of the business

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in D365 or similar CRM systems.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative content creation skills, including writing and visual content.

  • Experience in managing budgets and external events.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
