Senior Project Surveyor
Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Senior Project Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join our central Strategic Accounts and Services Team (SAS).
As the successful applicant, you will develop and implement commercial subcontract agreements and supply chain strategies across Willmott Dixon Construction.
Reporting to the National Supply Chain Lead, you’ll work closely with Commercial, Preconstruction and Supply Chain teams, demonstrating your ability to deliver value, drive efficiency, and reduce waste across our supply chain.
You’ll support the SAS Team in developing a national supply chain strategy for our schools’ design platform. So prior experience with the Department of Education Construction Framework (DfE) and aligned supply chains would be highly beneficial.
You’ll also collaborate with Willmott Dixon’s regional teams, in Preconstruction and Operations across England and Wales. As such, effective communication and long-term relationship building will be key, alongside expert market knowledge and a passion for innovation.
We support hybrid working. As the role is national, you must be willing to travel. Regular visits to our Hitchin office for team meetings will be required, alongside flexible homeworking.
In return, we offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, genuine career development opportunities, and most importantly a great place to work with a real family ethos.
