Welcome Back Returner Programme (Speculative Application)

Are you looking to return to work after a career break?
Our programme typically begins each year in September but we'd love to hear from you at any time as roles may become available at different times throughout the year. However if we don't have a suitable position available, we'll hold your details on our recruitment system.
This programme welcomes talented professionals, both men and women, who have taken a career break. We offer a paid placement of 20 weeks, and the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the assignment.
You will be placed in a project or a team where your skills and experience will be highly valued and utilised. You will participate in coaching workshops and will benefit from a comprehensive induction process and focused training to support your transition back to the workplace.

- Highly collaborative people who are passionate about delivering a quality service to customers and ultimately help to grow the business.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
- Candidates with a background in main contracting, residential building or interior fit out, but most importantly we are looking for people who share our passion and values, so if you think this is you and you have transferable skills from another industry for any of the above roles, we would welcome your application.
