Creating 250 new 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes in Preston, unlocking Homes England’s coveted site.

With the support of our Development Solutions team, we have collaborated with Trafford Housing Trust to form Laurus Partnership Homes in order to create 250 new homes in Preston, unlocking Homes England’s coveted site.

Trafford Housing Trust and Willmott Dixon previously delivered the Limelight development in Old Trafford Manchester, an innovative over 55s Extra Care scheme which is also a community, health and wellbeing hub for the public.

In Preston, we are bringing this collaboration to Broughton, a sought-after suburb on the fringe of Preston in Lancashire, as partners in this JV.

D’Urton Grange offers a mix of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes available for outright sale, rental and through Shared Ownership. Each house has been thoughtfully designed with spacious open plan living areas, modern built-in kitchens, off-street parking, and outside space.

The project has been a great opportunity to achieve a wide range of community benefits. These include apprenticeships and work experience for local people of all ages as well as working closely with local schools and colleges to leave a lasting legacy.

Situated among excellent transport links, D’Urton Grange has easy access to both the M6 and M55. In addition, the development aims to provide a significant boost to Preston City Council’s ambitious North West Preston Masterplan and will help to create a new vibrant community, targeting downsizers, and first-time buyers.
