Holden House W1 office fit-out

YOC, Europe’s leading mobile technology and media provider, appointed Willmott Dixon to deliver the fit out of their new space at Holden House, Rathbone Place,
London.

YOC had acquired a new increased office facility which was a key component in ensuring that increased staff levels would be accommodated.

The design scheme is contemporary yet classic, combining wooden floors,
glass and vintage furniture with modern architectural detailing.

Willmott Dixon Interiors also created a stylish front of house reception area, visitor waiting area, meeting room suite and back of house open plan workspace.

A key design element was the integration of informal meeting spaces with a young, vibrant break out area zone to reflect the core values of the YOC brand.

The project was delivered in just four weeks.
