We've recently delivered Rose Hill, a new headquarters for Merseyside Police in Liverpool. The purpose-built, four-storey centre, Rose Hill will bring more than 1,100 officers and police staff under one roof and act as Merseyside Police’s flagship base on a key gateway into the city centre. It is anticipated the development will save the force approximately £250,000 a year on its running costs.

Further blue light projects include a new generation of custody suites for West Midlands Police, Newcastle Police, South Yorkshire Police and South Wales Police. The will save all these forces millions in running costs as well as providing a much better working environment for their forces.

We've even delivered police facilities through our wider regeneration work, such as at Keynsham in Somerset and Hebburn Community Hub.

Through our work with the National Offender Management Service, we have enlarged prisons across the country, with recent examples being HMP Nottingham, HMP Swaleside and HMP Lindholme, creating over 2,000 places in the process.

We also worked for Her Majesty’s Court Service, delivering the award-winning courthouse in Loughborough and new court facilities in Kingston.
