Launch your career in construction with our Graduate programmes within Willmott Dixon Interiors. Based from our office Old Bailey Office in London, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience working on exciting construction projects across London, helping to shape the communities of tomorrow.

Our programme is 2 to 4 years in duration (depending upon your level of academic achievement) and will give you the chance to earn, learn and gain real experience alongside a part-time study for a relevant qualification that is paid for by Willmott Dixon.

Starting in September 2027, we have opportunities in the following disciplines:
Digital: Ideal for Architectural Technology graduates interested in BIM, Revit and digital design, supporting project teams to deliver innovative and efficient construction solutions.
Quantity Surveying: You role is about managing the costs of a project on site. This will include preparing tender and contract documents, weighing up commercial risks, procuring the best supply chain and managing payments for completed work.
Environmental/Sustainability: You will partner with preconstruction and project teams to champion sustainability, helping ensure construction projects meet ambitious environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives.
Essential Criteria
- Right to work in the UK.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- For Graduate roles, you will need to be degree qualified by September 2027 - within a relevant discipline such as Quantity Surveying, Architectural Technologist and Environmental Science.
- 5 GCSE’s grade 4/C or above including English, Maths and Science (or equivalent)
- All applicants must have a minimum level 3 qualification by September 2027. Such as A-Level, T-Level, BTEC or equivalent.
- (Desirable) You have had some exposure to construction (work experience, placement or similar).
