How does the car park solution work?

  1. An assessment of your land will be undertaken to establish how the additional spaces needed can be provided, as well as the maximum number that could be built.
  2. Willmott Dixon will secure third-party funding, so the NHS Trust doesn’t have to provide any capital costs for the construction
  3. Willmott Dixon will work with the NHS Trust to understand their design requirements, assembling a team to subsequently design these and secure planning
