Willmott Dixon is simplifying how its supply chain bids for work by introducing an online system to improve efficiency, reduce administration and speed up the bid process.
On Saturday (21 September), Willmott Dixon will open the doors to Prime Place; offering 181 homes in a superb location within the residential quarter of a major regeneration scheme in Greenwich Village.
Willmott Dixon, a registered Green Deal provider, is bidding to deliver a retrofit development project for the Energy Technologies Institute, a major private/public initiative. As part of this bid we are looking for five candidate properties to put forward to develop the retrofit process. For the owner-occupiers chosen, should our bid be successful, they'll get a free low energy retrofit of their home - reducing wasted energy, improving comfort and lowering running costs.
Willmott Dixon has been appointed by St Albans City and District Council for a £6 million contract to rebuild Batchwood Sports Centre which was destroyed by fire in August 2011.
